You have 60 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
Example: If your order arrives on November 15, 2025, you have until January 14, 2026 to request a return.

How to Return or Exchange – Step by Step
- Log In to your Flying Boat Store account.
- Go to “My Orders” → Select the order → Click “Return/Exchange”.
- Choose items and reason for return.
- Select Refund or Exchange (same item, different size/color if available).
- Print the prepaid return label (available for US, UK, EU, CA, AU).
- Drop off at your local carrier within 7 days of label generation.
International Customers (Outside US/UK/EU/CA/AU): Contact support@flyingboat.store for return instructions and reimbursement of up to $15 USD in shipping costs (upon receipt).
