60-Day Return Window

You have 60 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

Example: If your order arrives on November 15, 2025, you have until January 14, 2026 to request a return.


What’s Eligible for Return?

Most new, unused items in original packaging Final sale items (marked “No Returns”)
Clothing & shoes with tags attached Underwear, swimwear, socks (hygiene reasons)

All returned items must include original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories.


How to Return or Exchange – Step by Step

  1. Log In to your Flying Boat Store account.
  2. Go to “My Orders” → Select the order → Click “Return/Exchange”.
  3. Choose items and reason for return.
  4. Select Refund or Exchange (same item, different size/color if available).
  5. Print the prepaid return label (available for US, UK, EU, CA, AU).
  6. Drop off at your local carrier within 7 days of label generation.

International Customers (Outside US/UK/EU/CA/AU): Contact support@flyingboat.store for return instructions and reimbursement of up to $15 USD in shipping costs (upon receipt).

Exchange Process

Prefer a different size, color, or model?

  • Select “Exchange” during return request.
  • We’ll ship your new item as soon as your return is received.
  • No extra shipping fee for exchanges within the same country.

If the replacement is more expensive, pay the difference. If cheaper, get a refund for the difference.
